Missing a single deadline can mean lawsuits, fines, or loss of public trust.

We built Dekree, a full compliance operating system powered by a proprietary Compliance Graph — a structured, versioned dataset of every legal obligation for local government entities. The platform automates FOIA response workflows with AI-drafted letters, manages meeting notices and minutes with audio transcription, provides a document vault with full-text search and a workbench for PDF operations, and tracks every deadline with a real-time compliance score dashboard.

Dekree transforms compliance from reactive firefighting into proactive management. Clerks get a single dashboard showing their compliance health across FOIA, meetings, documents, and calendared obligations — with AI handling the heavy lifting of drafting, classification, and deadline calculation.
