We're a small agency based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad networks on this site, and we try to collect as little as possible.
We collect information in two ways:
When you fill out the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, optional company name, optional phone number, project type, budget range, and a description of your project. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and determine whether we're the right fit for your project.
When you visit the site, we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage data — things like which pages you viewed, how you arrived, the rough region you visited from, and basic device information. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the site at a deeper level — things like session duration, the pages you viewed in sequence, which links you clicked, and aggregated conversion events. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (commonly named _ga and _ga_*) that expire after up to two years, and it may share data with Google for the purpose of improving its services. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace inbox (contact@warriorwebco.com) using Postmark as the email transport. This means your message passes through Postmark's servers and then rests in our Google Workspace mailbox. Both services are reputable US-based providers with industry-standard security practices.
We retain contact inquiries for as long as we have an active working relationship with you, or up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever is longer. After that, we may delete or anonymize your data unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we choose them because they are aligned with our own commitment to data protection.
We do not run advertising networks on this site and we do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. The cookies we do set are first-party analytics cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) to measure site usage. Vercel Analytics, our other analytics provider, does not use cookies at all.
If your browser blocks cookies or runs a privacy extension, every part of this site — including the contact form — will continue to work normally. You simply won't appear in our Google Analytics reports.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
