We're a small agency based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad networks on this site, and we try to collect as little as possible.
We collect information in two ways:
When you fill out the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, optional company name, optional phone number, project type, budget range, and a description of your project. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and determine whether we're the right fit for your project.
When you visit the site, we use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage data — things like which pages you viewed, how you arrived, the rough region you visited from, and basic device information. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our Google Workspace inbox (contact@warriorwebco.com) using Postmark as the email transport. This means your message passes through Postmark's servers and then rests in our Google Workspace mailbox. Both services are reputable US-based providers with industry-standard security practices.
We retain contact inquiries for as long as we have an active working relationship with you, or up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, whichever is longer. After that, we may delete or anonymize your data unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our analytics provider (Vercel Analytics) operates without cookies. If your browser blocks cookies or runs a privacy extension, every part of this site will continue to work normally.
